WARNING Iβam a local and The Woodlands Mall is really taking a turn for the worst. Yesterday 7/14/26 our daughter and her friends went to the mall and 4 different incidents happened. 1) their phone was stolen. A man literally picked it up from a chair near them and ran off. 2) two kids who smelled of marijuana with a blaring handheld boombox slammed into them and tried to intimidate them. 3) they were solicited for money by two separate adults inside the mall. Clearly the mall has lost control of security. I would be very careful there. There was an adult with them the entire time. The mall needs to hire off duty cops to patrol the thugs that a preying on their customers. This is the mallβs responsibility to keep its patrons safe.

I always go here with my friends to hang out, and it's so much fun! They have American eagle, Hollister, Charlotte Russe, and even Aeropostale ππΎ Plus, barns and nobles is right next door and the majority of the food is put in a particular area so that walking isn't too much of a hassle

Great mall with all the main brands such as Lego , Apple Store , Nike and whatever you name it. What really stood out was the atmosphere around the mall. The nearby Waterway area makes the whole experience feel more upscale and relaxing compared to a typical shopping center. There are also lots of restaurants within walking distance, making it a great place for families or date nights.

I been here quite a bit in the past for work. I come back today after over 10 years and they had some security dude try to get me out of there for no reason. I am not going back to this mall ever again.
